New Retreat Dates for 2018 Coming Soon

2017 Retreats

8th - 12th June 2017

My Spanish retreats for 2017 took place at the beautiful Finca Buenvino, an elegant and luxurious country home owned by Sam and Jeannie Chesterton, and recommended in Alastair Sawday’s Special Places To Stay. Finca Buenvino sits on top of a hill surrounded by 150 acres of woodland within the Sierra de Aracena National Park, north of Seville in rural Andalucia. The setting, with its own orchards, is designed to promote tranquility and rejuvenation, both mental and physical. The luxurious bedrooms - super-comfy beds complete with high thread-count Egyptian cotton linen and goose-down pillows - means you are almost guaranteed to sleep peacefully.

The Finca also houses an infinity pool with breathtaking views over the National Park; and we were exercising beside the pool and in the water. There was also be plenty of opportunity to simply lie by the pool and relax!

Our host Jeannie's fantastic cooking means guests eat wonderful healthy food throughout the week. Wine is served with dinner (optional).

Here’s What our Previous Retreaters Said...

Sarah's life coaching skills are phenomenal. In one week, she turned this flabby, lazy wreck of a creature into a woman with abs, quads and self-belief. I'm not a natural Lycra lover, give me a cardi and thermals any day but since Sarah's retreat I've stopped hiding under baggy garms and am celebrating my silhouette. Bloody marvellous, I want to do this every year.

Brilliant. Fun and motivational. Sarah was great at tailoring the exercise to each of our needs both during the one-to-one sessions and the group workouts.
Sarah Sanders, Bristol

I went on Sarah’s retreat with a dislike for exercise and no level of fitness. I came back a changed Woman. Sarah showed me how I could fit exercise into my busy life, eat well and relax. It’s been life changing, thank you so much.
Clair, London

We did exercises first thing in the morning by the pool. Sarah really explained what each move accomplished and everyone was able to work at their own pace - no competition here
